BME Assistor helps users manage medical assets by maintaining a record of equipment purchase date, service history, warranty and other asset lifecycle related information. Users can also manage annual or comprehensive maintenance contracts, manage preventive maintenance tasks and schedule the calibration of medical equipment.

BME Assistor’s task management feature enables managers to handle task requests for engineers received from multiple locations. It also provides a multi-stage image optimization tool chain that automatically compresses images uploaded in the solution, without losing their quality. Additionally, it allows users to upload scanned files and preview uploaded images. The solution is accessible on mobile and desktop devices.
