The organizations experience with Cartegraph has been challenging. The system is not the easiest to use due to the many different components and constant upgrades that sometimes is hard to keep up.

There are many glitches and a lot of data is lost due to this.

Cartegraph has proven to be the most stress free software I have personally dealt with due to their wonderful tech support and project teams.

Firstly the lack of user access control customisation.

It's always nice to make a decision after testing 15 solutions (felt like 1000) and feel confident that you've made the correct decision. I feel that way right now and wanted to share.
