I can't say enough about ClearPathGPS!!! It has been so helpful knowing where an employee is!
Being able to dispatch service guys to a location close to where they are.
PROSKnowing where our employees are for emergency calls. The weekly report I get to help with time cards.
CONSHaven't found anything yet that I have disliked about the software. The weekly report I get is alittle hard to read. The time from when they left a job to when they get to the next job is a little hard to understand.

They are great to work with and we have recommended them to many others.
PROSThe customer service is top tier. It is great to work with a company who wants to hear what you have to say so that they can make the product better. We were previously with GeoForce and they completely stopped caring about what we needed..
CONSWhen we signed up with ClearPath we knew that the maintenance tracking wasn't what we needed. They told us that they were working through that and listened to our suggestions. The new maintenance tracking has taken care of all of our concerns.

They ran out of the type of trackers we use and didn't seem to be concerned about finding a way to help us.

Wry happy with customer service and the product. Customer service is top notch.

GPS Solution for us
This solved managing and tracking our assets across the US.
PROSI loved the dashboard and ease of use. As soon as I started working with the product, I could see it was designed well.
CONSIt is difficult to hide the device, since we don't want these seen for our customers. However, I would say that what I liked least was being unable to see or understand the status of the device when plugging in. Our drivers would be notified the GPS was unplugged, and would resecure without knowing for sure if it was working. This involved more calls to me.

The horrible reviews of Verizon, the cost for all other products were high, and this fit our needs.

PROSThe website is very easy to use, and the live tracking to better locate and help our drivers navigate around unknown areas to them.
CONSi feel that the history tracking could be better by not placing so many dots and it would be better if it was a line to follow instead of dots.

Great, we think they are an awesome partner.
PROSThe system (when hardwired), is the most reliable system I have seen and used on the market. Rarely do our trackers loose signal.
CONSHaving to use a 3rd party to install the system, it wasn't terrible, but was annoying to deal with.

Clear Path's customer service went above and beyond my expectations, it was Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. They were able to troubleshoot our situation very quickly.

Very Easy To Set Up and Use
My experience has been exceptional from the start. Very pleasant and helpful sales staff, easy to follow instructions, great maps, accurate locations and affordable pricing.
PROSI like the ability to be able to see where my fleet is with accuracy.

Service has been great and the product they offer is very convenient for us. Very happy overall.
We did not tell our driver initially that we had installed the device so we were able to test his honesty. We also don't have to distract him to request his ETA as we can clearly see it ourselves and coordinate other pick ups or inform our clients.
PROSThe amount information you can gather from each trip that each unit makes is great and it helps you to clearly see and understand where your vehicles are at all times without having to bother the driver. This in turn reduces the risk involved in distracting the driver of the vehicle if he has to answer to disclose his location. The desktop version is very user friendly and works fine every day we access it without crashing. The shipping manager who is monitoring the vehicles is very happy to be able to count with a tool like this. It was definitely a great investment and you really get your money worth.
CONSWe have noticed that the phone app is not as accurate or as detailed as the desktop software. The amount of detailed information you can see on the desktop version is far superior. There seems to be more details and records of where the vehicle has been in terms of the history of a particular unit. Besides that, the app is very practical in case you step away from your desk like in the case of our shipping and receiving Manager that has to monitor two Warehouses on a daily basis so he sometime is not sitting in front of his desk. In those cases, from his phone he can still have an idea where the vehicle is located and establish ETAs and coordinate other things.

Great Tracker
We used to have a lot of customers saying the tech was not at there house for the time that was billed and now wee can prove to them they where. I can also see when and where my techs are when they are not where there supposed to be.
PROSI like the ability to see where all my trucks are at any given time. It has helped our company by being able to tell exactly how long or service techs are at a job in case of any customer discrepancies.
CONSWe are in a mountain region so when techs are out in the mountains we lose tracking, but that was understood when we got the trackers. This GPS system is far superior to our old one it has a lot more capabilities.

Helpful Tracking Company
Tracking live and tracking past times. Easy access to support. Quick turn around for support .
PROSThe customer service is great. Our rep is super friendly and his turn around for tasks I need done is same day or day after. The maps are great and being able to look at time cards a few different ways is very helpful for organization and tracking where our techs are each day.
CONSThe addresses are often way off from there actual location but when viewing on the actual map it is better. It seems outdated so could use an update on how neat and modern the system looks. Prices to do certain tasks could be fixed to not be too high.

Resource tool needed to manage your fleet
Fleet Tracking, monitoring vehicle locations, and accident investigations are completed quickly with the detailed information it provides. I like the details it provides such as the mapping to see the path where the vehicle has been, and how long it was stopped or idling. You can monitor the speed of the vehicle. By pulling the reports you have a good understanding of where the vehicle was for the day.
PROSThe customer service team is great! They respond very quickly to any issues. They help provide any information needed. The program is easy to use. The information it provides is detailed in the history of each vehicle.
CONSThe way the pricing was set up was not an issue for me but for some companies it could be.

I used ClearPath at another agency. We had a larger fleet to track than then our current one, however, I liked the product enough and the simplicity of it, to want to continue using the product with this new agency.

ClearPath Review for my Billiards Trucks
The company them selves were great to work with. There were other systems that we looked at but after talking to them on the phone I was convinced they were the ones to go with. There sales staff was very helpful. The system itself is easy to use.
PROSI like that I can pinpoint where my guys are all the time. Im not waiting around wondering where they are. I love that my phone gets a alert when the truck starts. I know how long each job takes with out going on line to look.
CONSTheres nothing with the system that I do not like Its easy to use and navagate threw.

Best customer service
The updated platform is easy to use and customer service has always been on point.
CONSA login feature with more controlled access would be helpful. We did find some issues when implementing the new cameras that took some time to work out.

Perfect for auto rental operation
ClearPath has been a perfect solution for tracking our rental fleet using a desktop or phone, and implementation has been simple and straightforward. We are a small business but ClearPath's customer service and support treats us like valued customers and have always been quick and responsive to address any issues.
PROSClearPath GPS units and software have been very simple to use and the support team is outstanding.
CONSWe have not noticed any shortcomings in the software. It does exactly what we need it to do and has always worked. Customer service and support have always addressed any issues that arise quickly and with thorough answers and guidance.

How GPS Should Be
My over all experience with ClearPath has been exceptional. All the way from getting enrolled to getting the units set-up has been a breeze. If I do have a question or an issue, our Customer Success Manager [sensitive content hidden] has been a pleasure to work with and always gets me taken care of in a timely manor. I'm glad I made the switch to ClearPathGPS!
PROSSet-up is a breeze, and the web site is very easy to use.
CONSI haven't found a con yet! The maintenance section was limited, but they have added to it and are in the works of adding even more features.

The level of customer service has been excellent. I love that ClearPath always has a kind representative available to talk over the phone.
CONSDifficult to do a hardwired install. Not sure there's an easy alternative though if choosing this device option.

Great Value, Great Customer Service
The customer service is fantastic! I've had the joy of speaking with a few members at Clearpath and each time has been pleasant and my issue (if any) has been resolved. They are also great at explaining, and training. The overall system is easy to use and is really up-to-date.

GPS Trackers
We started with 2 trackers in two of our trucks - Thinking that I would be able to see where the trucks are without calling them to find out when they would be delivering. But this product has turned out to be so much more. We know have trackers in all 7 or our trucks. Our delivery schedule can change from minute to minutes, with the tracking I can see what truck is where, without having to call drivers and ask "Where are you?" We are more efficient since using the trackers. Its a lot easier to change loads from truck to truck. We had a complaint from a person who said that a rock came off the truck and broke his windshield --- ClearPath GPS showed that the truck was not where this person said it happened. I highly recommend these trackers to any transport company.

Easy to locate employees.
Overall its been great. I had doubts at first thinking there would be a backlash from employees feeling spied upon, however that phase went quickly and now it's just a normal part of business.
PROSIt's way faster than a phone call and the map gives an exact location of every vehicle so I can see in real time whos where.
CONSTook some time to get everyone on board.
