- I have been using this for over 4 years now and its been the best tool I have. If I have an issue they get back to me really quickly and fix the issues in a timely manner.
- This program fits well in our business. There are a few options that could be reworded to fit our needs, but we have been able to work around most.
Cons
- At times the updates causes in house tem members pain. Not all users get notified that updates will be happening or have occurred.
- The major con about the software is that even if you want to have something deleted from the system the request is always denied.
Pros
- Helps to manage assets and schedules quite well. Tracking is simple to use and nice and functional.
- An additional bonus with FIIX is that the support team is vey friendly and helpful in answering any questions and resolving any issues.
Cons
- M working on cancelling our account but the customer service is what ruining my relationship with FIXX.
- There are two items of frustration. Creating reports in Fiix is a giant pain.
