  • Pros

  • I have been using this for over 4 years now and its been the best tool I have. If I have an issue they get back to me really quickly and fix the issues in a timely manner.
  • This program fits well in our business. There are a few options that could be reworded to fit our needs, but we have been able to work around most.
  • Cons

  • At times the updates causes in house tem members pain. Not all users get notified that updates will be happening or have occurred.
  • The major con about the software is that even if you want to have something deleted from the system the request is always denied.

  • I love how user friendly it is. I also love how fast the response time is.
  • I like the ease of use and having the app is very handy. It's a good way to communicate with the team.
  • Cons

  • System seems to freeze up a lot... annoying when it happens and starting over means losing what you just typed.
  • Development team seems restricted on what they can and cannot do while finalizing the program for users.
