Coast CMMS is a cloud-based computerized maintenance management solution (CMMS) suitable for businesses of any size. Key features include asset management, inventory management, preventative maintenance and work order management.

Coast CMMS enables users to track downtime on productions lines, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), electronic assets, job safety analysis (JSA), best practices and more. The solution includes a work order system that tracks all repairs and assists in analytical troubleshooting. It includes a built-in email notification system to alert employees when tasks are due.

Coast CMMS offers features to manage equipment, tooling, qualifications and assets in real time. Users can track assets electronically when transferred, including verification and approval for machines, equipment, tooling and leased asset return.The solution can manage spare part inventories by site with min/max notifications and track inventory by equipment for justification and capital management.

Very user friendly and helpful team on any needs to the request of our end users. It provides manuals of anything you are not aware and they are ready to build any custom reports needed for a small fee

The COAST Software and Team are excellent to work with. The Software if very flexible, Johnson and Johnson has implemented the software in all sectors worldwide.

I would recommend any company which has assets (molds or equipment) located at a supplier site should implement this software. Allows the asset owners to better control and predict asset repair and replacements.

Pros

Flexibility, DATA analytics and system response time of the software is excellent. The COAST Teams ability to provide J&J's requests for upgrades quickly is also an excellent customer service feature.

A one stop shop for all the information pertaining to one asset.

Pros

The ease of use. It is a great system that is not only easy to utilize, but also easy to teach other users. The "tab" selections make it a lot easier to navigate all the information. I also enjoy having the manual available to refer to for sections I might need a refresher on or if I am exploring a new area. The support team is amazing; from getting the system off the ground and running, to customizing different screens for easier use.

Cons

Not everyone is using it. There are many other customers of ours that should be utilizing this system. It would be a great way to have a 'universal language' and expectation.
