In the last five years we have been migrating from old software solutions to new, web-based solutions that offer both simplicity and functionality, while also helping us to become more of a mobile first company. We used to use a combination of spreadsheets and paper work orders to handle our maintenance requests. Before ComVibe, we didn't even have an inventory control system. We started using ComVibe over six months ago and have been very pleased. You can easily tell that a lot of thought was put into making this application both very functional while maintaining simplicity. The staff at ComVibe has always been extremely helpful with customer support, training, and even listening to feedback for future product enhancements. It was very easy to train our employees on ComVibe. A lot of our maintenance personnel had never used a computer before and are now using ComVibe everyday after only one or two training sessions. The benefits are just starting to show as we are still migrating all of our units over to the platform. Aside from meeting all of your needs as a property manager, I like the way comvibe likes on screen. Cons: No software meets all needs, but I have found software that is able to be customized to be helpful. I think comvibe could use a bit more of that. Read More AT A T. Having lived in multiple places and having used various systems at different properties, this is definitely the best I have used yet. The interface is really simple to use, with the minimum necessary complications. Also the maintenance response is awesome.
