It is like learning a new operating system or a new cell phone. I love the cloud based feature and accessibility. Cons: There are to many features that our company does not use or can benefit from. The process we have is pretty simple. The most difficult thing to deal with is having the BPM Team customize the software to meet our needs / requirements. As we are still learning how maneuver within BPM, there will be changes needed or requested to suite our needs.
