  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use and the outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent asset historical data tracking, prioritization, and reporting systems Integration and standardization of remote locations.
  • Cons

  • This software was implemented at our plant for the use of production and maintenance personal. The lack of customization for what each technician can see is disappointing.
  • Sometimes the the system does get a bit confusing going between tasks but the team has been working out these bugs.

  • It has a very robust preventive maintenance module, and a strong PM program is the key to success in any facilities department.
  • You can talk to a programmer, if needed, on your first call. Sprocket software and technical support costs are very reasonable compared with most CMMS programs.
  • Cons

  • Mobile app has add no upgrades for over a year. This has meant no fixes to known bugs nor addition of enhancements.
  • Sometimes the communicating isn't very clear and things get lost in translation sometimes glitching.
