ePAC is a cloud-based EAM/CMMS solution that provides applications for work order management, preventive maintenance, asset management, scheduling and materials management. It can also be deployed on-premise on Oracle, Microsoft SQL and SQL Express. The solution enables users to manage the maintenance of plants and halls by allowing them to navigate between the product modules.
ePAC allows plant managers to configure the solution with user-defined fields, design the layout by user or by group, customize screens and add multiple sites for operations management. Users can export the data and link documents or add hyperlinks through the solution. Technicians can be tracked and organized by craft or trade. It also allows users to track certifications of technicians.
Other features of ePAC include inventory management, requisition and purchasing of materials, automatic notifications and service request tracking. Services are offered on a per month per user basis. Support is available via email, phone and through a forum.
