  • Pros

  • Was easy to understand and use an excellent fit with our operation excellent start up support. LLumin staff has worked well remotely to support.
  • Inventory Management is awesome, along with the warehouse/crib area. It is great to be able to see across the whole playing field or be able to drill down to specific areas.
  • The entire staff is great to work with and support is one of the best I work with compared to other software companies I deal with.
  • Cons

  • First you buy the software at a ridiculous price of about 70K then you get hit for using the software??? You pay twice no matter what they say.
  • Perhaps if anything the financial ties between PO's and reports. Still a bit frustrating that some things need work arounds to get numbers to tie.
  • This is difficult to answer. Every software will have one or more gaps given that they are not specifically designed for us and our processes.

  • The best part is to be able to have a dedicated Customer Success Manager that is knowledgeable and attenuative to all needs and questions.
  • Overall has been great, the mobility and task sharing is helpful. Customer service and quickness of resolving issues has been great.
  • It has a simple design but lots of functionality. Particularly I like the ease of use and how quickly you can find things with the excellent search function.
  • Cons

  • The drag and drop functions can be a bit hard to adapt to.
  • I still struggle with setting up the maintenance intervals with regards to hour metre readings. I have not seen an entry for periodic hour metre registering to keep track of the next schedule.
  • Slightly limited from a calaboration software allowing you to take aspects of your current system and intergrate it into it.
