For the first time we will be operating as one, across our clubs in the UK and Europe. As Maintenance Compliance Manager, this system has significantly enhanced our ability to track and manage maintenance activities, ensuring consistent high standards across the business. One of the key benefits of Expansive is the visibility it provides into our operations across Europe. For the first time, I have full oversight into the maintenance activities and compliance metrics of all our European clubs, enabling us to standardise processes and improve efficiency. This visibility ensures we can act quickly and decisively across borders, without losing sight of the individual needs of each location. In addition to the European oversight, Expansive will bring a more streamlined approach to our entire estate including all 105 clubs in the UK.
