EZmaintain is a cloud-based maintenance management solution that caters to businesses of all sizes across various industry verticals. It enables businesses to manage operations for factories and facilities.

EZmaintain offers inventory management, workflow management, asset management, reporting and more. The solution is accessible from desktop and mobile devices, allowing users to enter work orders, maintenance reports and more either on-site or remotely. Users can also upload photos and videos to document asset condition.

EZmaintain allows users to schedule maintenance activities for their assets through a built-in scheduler. Users can integrate WiFi-capable sensors to monitor the condition of assets, and condition reports can be automatically sent to user dashboards.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email and over the phone.

CMMS + IoT

Pros

The initial setup and navigation of EZmaintain CMMS was supper fast than I thought, we did not had to struggle much. we have connected IoT sensors to this CMMS no other company till now offers end to end solutions., this is ideal for small to medium companies on budget.

Cons

This is only available in the cloud not in server version, would be great if they could visit our factory and help us to get started.

Improved our preventive maintenance schedules, used IoT sensor for predictive maintenance .

Pros

The flow of information is simple, in 3-4 clicks you can complete any task on this tool, being cloud base I my company does not have worry about hosting and IT maintenance, excellent customer support which is most required if you are new to CMMS

Cons

The user experience at mobile version should be improved as they don't have app for this SaaS product yet, the website is responsive to fit all screen sizes

Cons

It does not interface to Oracle software, they do provide API manual integration at extra cost which I feel should be free

Fast setup and was ready to use as its hosted on worlds powerful cloud netework

Pros

Work order creation were you can attach photos, videos and all hosted in cloud is amazing, inventory management, data analytics

Cons

It does not currently provide interface to SAP directly via API, you need to take help of their tech team to integrate.
