This is a great asset management software, especially if you get adequate training.

It’s very easy to use and very simple to set up once you know what you’re doing. The customer service team are also very good and are happy to show you how to do something if you’re stuck.

I didn't really need the inventory updates to my email, but there was no harm from it.

It definitely makes my life easier and quicker and it allows me to do it at any time which is good. Also the email/response system is great and easy to help you keep track of what you have requested.

The fixed asset module is a great supplement to the fixed asset tracking we have used in the past, and saves a good amount of time at the end of each month tracking down items.

My only negative is when I have connection issues with my service. I sometimes have to wait to log info.

Fluid Accounting Processes:  Invoices flow from SC into our Accounting software (with integration) after approval from the field. SC has helped keep our accounting department lean and mean.

The system allows for a cradle to grave process for work orders, from the generation of the  request, through completion, invoicing and payment.

This is absolutely not intuitive at all. Requiring mandatory training of vendors without paying for their time is illegal.

It is a very good management tool. It also provides live demo.

ServiceChannel has been a great software for us to use. Its easy to navigate through the site, to check in/out, and to invoice.

The main thing I like about Service Channel is that it lets me see how my internal team is functioning in their maintenance rolls. I like the ability to assign work to internal or external providers.
