Very happy with the choice
As I said, very happy with the choice, I recommend it.
PROSWe had a couple of choices for our machine maintenance solutions but Fabrico pulled ahead with ease of use, ability to create custom features for us and affordable pricing, which is per factory and not by person that saved us a lot.
CONSWhen you are used to writing down everything on paper it does take some time to get used to using a software like Fabrico but I am glad we did.

Efficient and Hassle-Free Maintenance Management with Outstanding Preventive Maintenance Feature
Fabrico team was very reactive and we managed to integrate the solution in a week. Users were onboarded quite fast and after a short demo they feel confident to start using it ona daily basis. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Setting up preventive maintenance schedules, creating checklists, and managing work orders are all straightforward processes. It has greatly contributed to the widespread adoption of the system among our team members. The reporting feature is comprehensive, providing detailed insights into past maintenance activities. This historical data has been instrumental in identifying trends, optimizing maintenance schedules, and making data-driven decisions.
PROSFabrico is very much visual. The calendar page displays type and status of tasks by icons and color codes which helps you seize the state of the maintenance process at a glance. The automated scheduling of preventive maintenance tasks is a lifesaver! I no longer need to manually track and schedule routine maintenance; the system does it seamlessly, ensuring our equipment stays in top-notch condition. The alert system is incredibly effective. I receive timely notifications for upcoming maintenance tasks, allowing me to plan and allocate resources efficiently. It's like having a personal assistant reminding me of crucial maintenance deadlines.
CONSThere isn`t anything that I would say is a paint point.

My favourite aspect of this software is how simply work orders can be created, labelled, allocated, and followed through to completion. Users are automatically sent reminders or notifications along with activities to let them know what has to be done. This makes it possible to guarantee that urgent issues are resolved quickly.
CONSThere are no aspects of this product that I did not like.

Would recommend!
Being in a management position, I don't use Fabrico most of Fabric's functionalities. However, the software is very intuitive to use, provides me with easy access to any maintenance information at the touch a finger and keeps me up to date with the current status of our equipment! The main factor to choose Fabrico over other similar products was the great value for money. Since beginning the implementation process, the Fabrico team have been extremely supportive, quick in responding and open to any suggestions, criticism or requests for customisation we've had!
CONSI feel like the visualisation of service history could use some improvement in the sense that all machines are always visible regardless of whether or not there are/have been any tasks conducted during the selected period.

My review
In my daily operation I really like the ability to use the mobile version of Fabrico. I use the smartphone app and sometimes on a tablet to save time and also scan the QR codes on machines. In a previous plant that I worked we used another software that was not cloud based so I was wasting time going back and forth, sometimes twice, to double check information.
CONSAfter I got used to using it daily, I like everything about it.

Fabrico - everything I needed
Before Fabrico, everything was a mess and it was constant efforts to plan maintenance, to follow up and control. Since Fabrico start be using in our facility I can say that I have more time to focus in important task and Фabrico is doing the bureaucratic stuffs for me.
PROS- Really good and user friendly platform; - Analysis for everything I need - based on machines, tasks, downtime, maintenance time, etc.
CONSAt the moment I don't think there is something that I see as cons.

Fabrico is a great tool!
Good. Fabrico is a great tool that makes it easy for everyone on the team to start using it during the implementation process.
PROSFabrico is really good because it's easy to start using, making it simple for maintenance teams to get set up and trained. The analytics functions are very helpful to me and the management as well.
CONSI can't think of any cons right now. Our account manager is always very responsive to any questions we have.

Exactly what management needed
Great, already recommended it to a parner company during the Machtech expo in Sofia this year.
PROSBefore using Fabrico, it wasn't clear to me and the rest of Amarcore's management and administration how long certain machines were down, making it difficult to predict potential losses. With Fabrico, we now have a crystal-clear view through the Analytics & Reporting tab, leading to improved predictions and instant revenue growth. Not only this but now we also keep track of repair history, spare parts inventory and efficiency of the maintenance team.
CONSI have a few ideas for improving the Analytics & Reporting tab that I expect to see soon but otherwise no cons!

Very good and useful product
Very good product with many interesting features. User friendly and intuitive user interface. End to end solution for every company needs.

I might not have managed maintenance problems and work orders without Fabrico's assistance. It can prioritize tasks according to their urgency, with high-priority things needing to be handled in the next 24 hours, for example. Also, it keeps me informed of any tasks that still need to be completed. It would take a lot of time to execute these tasks if they were done manually.

Would definitely recommend!
The software is very easy to use. It is well developed and has all the features that we needed. Preventive maintainance is really crucial, so Fabrico is a very useful tool that helps avoiding breakdowns and saving a lot of trouble and money. Great that it comes with the mobile version also.

Fabrico is very user-friendly. It's easy to use, and it can be self-taught.
Fabrico is straightforward to learn and use. The design is also lovely, clean, and easy on the eyes.
CONSDon't really like the idea that the work orders can always be edited.
