Facility Bot

PROS

I like the feature of Schedule of Rate. It will facilitate the monthly SOR processing and easy for us to collate and check.

CONS

I feel that for the category of fault type can be improved. Since this app is to encourage member of public to raise their issue/problems they face in the building, multiple choice should be made into consideration instead of select the category yourself and type the description manually. This will make people confuse which category to choose and choose the wrong category on the fault they reported.

Really easy to use

Really liked the QR code feature

PROS

I really liked how easy using Facilitybot is, be it marking attendance using live location or the the option it gives to submit a fault using just telegram or WhatsApp.

CONS

A little expensive but worth the price In the starting its a little difficult to get to know all the features but once you know it then its really easy

The instant messenger chat bot services for fault reporting.

CONS

The upload image size is capped at 3MB and it will be much better to be able to upload more images per row in preventive maintenance checklist
