Fiix is a cloud-based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) that helps businesses organize their maintenance departments, get on top of maintenance backlog, and work towards preventive maintenance.

The CMMS helps manage work orders and physical assets, schedules and tracks maintenance, and keeps detailed records of asset performance and maintenance history. Other features include inventory tracking, parts and supplies management, an interactive calendar, printable QR codes for easy asset tagging, customizable reports, multi-site management, ERP integrations and more.

Fiix is a web-based solution, aiding in setup and automatic updates. All users also get access to the Fiix mobile app, which puts the CMMS into the hands of technicians in the field. The system is compatible with Mac and Windows operating systems, as well as any iOS or Android mobile device.

    I am beginning the implementation and so far I would rate Fiix good but not great. Website and articles are excellent. I want it to be the correct fit. I would also like to recommend it. I am not there yet.

    Pros

    The asset list setup is very good. Most of the functions so far are intuitive and the subject video tutorials are good.

    Cons

    11 reasons to invest in a cmms, advanced cmms metrics, OEE on the website are all promoted and used to sell the application. I don't understand how OEE is a benchmark reference and not set up as a widget metric. The explanation from customer support that OEE is different for every organization is simply not true. No widget is perfect for every customer but to not have anything based on lean principles when there is so much in place in the application is a deficiency. I expected more.

    Gets the job done if it is not needing time.

    Pros

    Program is really easy on the work order side, but actual inputs are complicated and confusing to the basic computer person,

    Cons

    Input information on a work order or changing it is very tasking. Also, the home screen is confusing and does not flow like you would expect it to.

    on the computer, it is too long to check all the check boxes in our tasks. It would be nice to have a "check all" button.

    Fiix makes it very easy to submit a maintenance request. Having a platform to submit requests gives me confidence that our maintenance department has a way to keep all their tasks organized, and my request is not getting buried at the bottom of someone's email inbox!

    Cons

    The landing page for this product can be a little deceptive. It looks like you need to sign in, but there is no need to sign in just to submit a request. I think the "submit a maintenance service request" button could be a little more prominent.

    We love having one central location to which we can upload requests to have simple or extensive maintenance work done. Rather than word-of-mouth or an email getting lost in someone's inbox, this program has increased productivity and efficiency of tasks being completed. It has provided a uniform way for all of the employees to upload requests, and an "email receipt" is always sent back to those that uploaded a request, and a follow-up email is always sent when the task is completed.

    Cons

    Everything from the user end has been positive. I do not have any cons to mention as it has only been helpful for the entire workplace.

    I like how it also tells you when the request has been submitted and when it has been completed!

    Pros

    I like that Fiix is a product that allows for a quick report of a problem in a large workplace with many items/places to keep working and running smoothly. It is very helpful to be able to go to Fiix, give a summary of the problem, categorize the urgency of the request, and send it to those who need to know.

    Cons

    The only thing that I wish was different was that it was a little more accessible. Instead of having to go to a hidden link, I wish it was just right there.

    Allows for a place to keep all maintenance records together and log every time a task is performed. Alerts users when a tool needs calibrated or checked.

    Cons

    Takes a lot to set up and can get confusing on scheduled items. Not the best overall view of items.

    This software has allowed our farm maintenance team to function at a high level by organizing our sanitation and preventative maintenance programs in the most user friendly way possible.

    the FIIX System starts RCAs on the go, proactivity is initiated on the go in each work order

    The dashboard is amazing all in one pack it summarizes the entire set up at a glance

    I have used it for two years now and will not change software if it is my option and will implement if the availability is there in any future companies. I just think it makes so much sense to use FIIX compare to major maintanece software companies that you end up hiring a support tech because you never trully understand the system and/always run into complications.

    Pros

    Maintenance friendly, language diversity, real-time reports, easy to manage, good software to start a preventive mainance platform.

    Cons

    Purchase approval, some of the reporting options are redundant.

    Works for even a small company

    We have used Fiix to track work orders and preventative maintenance, both of which were never tracked in the past. Now we use Fiix to store reports and PM "paperwork" to be pulled up later if needed.

    Pros

    The thing that got us into this software was the price at first. Then when we started to really dig in and use it, we fell in love with it. The training videos help a great deal, but the software is very user friendly as well.

    Cons

    There isn't too much that I don't like about it. I would like to see more user improvement for the mobile app. I use the app when I am out completing work orders and would like to be able to control or manipulate the app the way I like to use it. Also, the reports keep changing and the basic level doesn't allow for changes to reports.

    Good overall. Easy to add equipment, attach drawings and files to equipment. Assign work orders to individuals and communication. Reduce paper.

    Time is the best thing about Fixx. I don't have to go back to my computer as much. Which time is money.

    I like the app on my phone the most. Its the best thing for this department.

    I absolutely love the FIIX software.

    Pros

    It’s very easy to use, also has help videos for every possible feature available.

    Cons

    When inputting a work order if it locks up or the code to submit isn’t entered correctly, it still creates a blank work order and submits it.
