  • Pros

  • Overall, my experience has been very good. Customer service is quite good and they really do work to make the customer happy.
  • I tried the free trial of MA and was instantly impressed, it just works! and is very easy to use. I moved onto the cost effective paid version and have been impressed with it so far.
  • Having the ability to have all information in one database is extremely important for our company during our audits. This product is very good.
  • Cons

  • I quit using Fiix about 4 months into our second year. Lots of time lost entering in the information sadly.
  • Fiix support seems to be very limited. For example, the search function in RFQs does not search the supplier, it is searching an address field, rendering it virtually useless.
  • They have also refused to refund monies we paid for training despite acknowledging that the training has not been done - which is just theft.

  • We absolutely love the software and customer support. The software has amazing features that really make doing my job easy.
  • It's nice you can put your equipment in and set up a schedule to automatically generate PM paperwork. I like that you can save SOPs to use for similar equipment.
  • So far its been good a lot of options and reports so that's good make the maintenance department flow way better.
  • Cons

  • My experience with inventory has shown that any problems are usually with the user not with the software. Be consistent and through with how you enter information, this will pay off in the long run.
  • The biggest flaw I find in this software is that at time the menus can be very difficult to navigate.
  • I have had trouble with the software functioning properly from the start.
