M working on cancelling our account but the customer service is what ruining my relationship with FIXX.

There are two items of frustration. Creating reports in Fiix is a giant pain.

Helps to manage assets and schedules quite well. Tracking is simple  to use and nice and functional.

Fiix support seems to be very limited. For example, the search function in RFQs does not search the supplier, it is searching an address field, rendering it virtually useless.

I am impressed with the user friendliness of the software and the ability of it to cover a range of needs.

We use only a small portion of the software's capabilities. Does an excellent job for the cost.

An additional bonus with FIIX is that the support team is vey friendly and helpful in answering any questions and resolving any issues.

I liked how easy it was to create items within this system. This will be a great system for a new business, existing business or in our case, a rapidly expanding business.

They have also refused to refund monies we paid for training despite acknowledging that the training has not been done - which is just theft.

It is quite user friendly for a powerful tool which has been great when building out the Facility and officially implementing Fiix.

The software lays out the asset structure in an easy to use way. Keeps a great history on all work orders and changes made to assets.

Could be more integration between requester and manager. Some communication is lost after the work order is assigned.

Having the ability to have all information in one database is extremely important for our company during our audits. This product is very good.

We have had a great experience with Fiix and have seen an increase in up time and an increase in our preventative maintenance completion.

I love the cross-integration between my field technicians, accounting, and warehousing.

When used correctly by our facility staff, it is a great tool and will help us take better care of our properties and equipment.

Ease of use, Customer service, reports, etc. In fact the CMMS is really simple and efficient.

Migrating inventory data from one system to another was an epic failure. It ended up being useless data and all had to be re-entered.

I quit using Fiix about 4 months into our second year. Lots of time lost entering in the information sadly.

Graphical presentation was very poor, the way numbers are showing it required proper graphical representation with few colours.

I have enjoyed working with the reps at Fixx. Any time I have had questions either with technical support or licensing, they have been professional and courteous in answering.

It has a very robust preventive maintenance module, and a strong PM program is the key to success in any facilities department.

Sprocket meets our needs very well. We are particularly happy with how it organizes our maintenance workflow by auto-dispatching service requests to the appropriate technicians.

You can talk to a programmer, if needed, on your first call. Sprocket software and technical support costs are very reasonable compared with most CMMS programs.

We lost a contract for service (HVAC) due to a lack of documented time and material. Dematic Sprocket has provided the tool for recording technician time and material costs.

Mobile app has add no upgrades for over a year. This has meant no fixes to known bugs nor addition of enhancements.

Leadership has been able to increase production and see where we need to add or remove Tech's based on workload projection. Equipment is operating better now that there is better record keeping.

We originally choose Sprocket because we liked that it was “user-friendly” and versatile, the companies customer support have convinced us we made the right choice.

We are pleased with the way Sprocket emails detailed billing statements to our customers each months and downloads financial information into our accounting software. We absolutely love Sprocket.

Sometimes the communicating isn't very clear and things get lost in translation sometimes glitching.

The technical support staff for Sprocket is quick to respond and eager to resolve our concerns as they arise. We are very pleased with the situation.

Preventive maintenance schedules are created quickly and scheduling PM's are an easy step by step process including equipment numbers, location and data tracking along with costs.

The ability to look at the cumulative data in a matter of seconds is outstanding. Our experience with Sprocket has been good.

It seems that whenever a problem or glitch arises, the Sprocket team addresses it immediately.

The import tool is great for mass loading of various database tables like equipment, locations, and requests.
