M working on cancelling our account but the customer service is what ruining my relationship with FIXX.

There are two items of frustration. Creating reports in Fiix is a giant pain.

Helps to manage assets and schedules quite well. Tracking is simple  to use and nice and functional.

Fiix support seems to be very limited. For example, the search function in RFQs does not search the supplier, it is searching an address field, rendering it virtually useless.

I am impressed with the user friendliness of the software and the ability of it to cover a range of needs.

We use only a small portion of the software's capabilities. Does an excellent job for the cost.

An additional bonus with FIIX is that the support team is vey friendly and helpful in answering any questions and resolving any issues.

I liked how easy it was to create items within this system. This will be a great system for a new business, existing business or in our case, a rapidly expanding business.

They have also refused to refund monies we paid for training despite acknowledging that the training has not been done - which is just theft.

It is quite user friendly for a powerful tool which has been great when building out the Facility and officially implementing Fiix.

The software lays out the asset structure in an easy to use way. Keeps a great history on all work orders and changes made to assets.

Could be more integration between requester and manager. Some communication is lost after the work order is assigned.

Having the ability to have all information in one database is extremely important for our company during our audits. This product is very good.

We have had a great experience with Fiix and have seen an increase in up time and an increase in our preventative maintenance completion.

I love the cross-integration between my field technicians, accounting, and warehousing.

When used correctly by our facility staff, it is a great tool and will help us take better care of our properties and equipment.

Ease of use, Customer service, reports, etc. In fact the CMMS is really simple and efficient.

Migrating inventory data from one system to another was an epic failure. It ended up being useless data and all had to be re-entered.

I quit using Fiix about 4 months into our second year. Lots of time lost entering in the information sadly.

Graphical presentation was very poor, the way numbers are showing it required proper graphical representation with few colours.

I have enjoyed working with the reps at Fixx. Any time I have had questions either with technical support or licensing, they have been professional and courteous in answering.

The Web Work system has been reliable and stable; the support team has been first rate, friendly, and always prompt in replying to any questions or requests we have.

Very pleased with the ease of use, such as pull down tabs/menus, etc. The ability to review individual sites, by requester, craft, etc. and having it all at your fingertips.

No bi-annual 'surprises' where we have to buy upgrade packages as they are released. We are always up to date.

Forms were lost, misplaced, and not appropriately tracked. Clients, staff and managers were all able to complete and fax in the forms.

We are very pleased with our work order system. The schools find it very user friendly.

Poor customer tech support service where you could spend days trying to figure out a bug. They do not look at customer environment and leaves it up to the customer to figure out.

We have never been dissatisfied with the customer service. They have always responded quickly and if there is a problem or a better way to do things, they listen.

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center is located on the south east corner of Lake Union in Seattle. We have lots of critical equipment including over 900+ freezers with priceless research.

The customization of each screen is a great feature. The speed of the system over our cell phones is great.

Tero's customer support is reliable and helpful.

The Town of Hinton, with a population of just under 10,000, is an active community with excellent municipal, recreational and cultural facilities.

Great for tracking of assets. I would only purchase this tool for maintenance feature set.

Web Work has been an amazing product for us with are asset maintenance. I would recommend Web Work for any company who uses CMMS.

We recommend Azzier and the support staff have been very helpful.

It was vitally important that this data was transferred seamlessly to the Webworks platform.
