Ease of Use  Not only is Fleet Maintenance Pro the most valuable software to enter unlimited information, the software is the most user friendly and easy to use software on the globe.

I think the area that is hard to adapt to is the vehicle scheduled maintenance. I'm probably not setting my scheduled maintenance parameters correctly.

After a four year search, many, many hours and purchasing other software we finally  found  great product. Simple to implement and use.

It was intuitive enough to not need an expensive training session, and it seemed that all of the other programs were too expensive and/or nickeled and dimed you to death.

Having a great technical support staff is critical and I have found the Fleet Maintenance support staff to be very helpful to get me back on track.

That pics and text docs can't be saved in both the  accident screen and the vehicle info screens. The attachments should reside in the database, not just the short cut.

The ability to do some inventory work is limited, however our company charges products out and reorders differently than most customers.

Being able to run a report on vehicle costs for a given time period is valuable. Issuing POs and tracking invoices helps us streamline our business.

I can't work offline, which is terrible for someone who is required to do a lot of work inside airplanes.

You can't really duplicate a sheet, or there is something wrong with that feature that makes it extremely inconvenient for us to do so.

It's intuitive to learn so you can get up-to-speed quickly, and has terrific training and community support to allow users to build upon their Smartsheet skills and become experts.

I love the flexibility and ease of use. The ability to flip from tasklist to schedule to card views is great.

What I like best about Smartsheet is the great amount off functionalities it has, it can be used for many purposes and it is very easy to set up.

They're so easy to customize and they have great webinars that can help support you. I like the ability to upload documents to show and share project progress with other members of your team.

The issue is not the software but the person setting it up. It is frustrating to contribute to the poorly designed Smartsheet because of the lead's limited knowledge.

Someone it is hard to give access to others - but that is user error on our end with the credentials.

It's easy to set up, and I don't really have to dig too much to find the functionality it's designed for. I love love love that it's online and I can easily search for my sheets.

There is so much that I love about Smartsheet. The fact that you can create forms and that they have pre-determined templates that allow you to build out all kinds of documents.
