"Obviously, as they grow, it won't always be possible to have a direct line to the owners of the company, but when it really counts, I've had both of them show up in big ways to make sure our implementation went well and I think that shows their commitment to their customers success now and in the future regardless of if they will be able to personally see to issues that arise or if their team needs to be the ones on troubleshooting."

"It's features are all present and cooked in but the set up for individual inventory and users is a time sink, not a whole lot can be done to make it any easier than they have using the bulk import tools but definitely appears to be cumbersome."
