  • This is a great feature, but there are two issues which seem easy to fix. 1) the description is blank when the work order is generated and 2) if more than one location is selected in the schedule request - no work order is generated.
  • They have not fixed the glitches when using schedule requests with auto-generated workorders.

  • MaintainX is a reliable, user-friendly platform that brings clarity and efficiency to maintenance and its tracking/traceability. Despite minor limitations, it’s a valuable tool to help manage an asset throughout its lifecycle like, Purchase, Create, calibration, maintenance, spare parts inventory, asset specific procedures and discard.
  • Sometimes when there is an update it messes with our special made fields (our Cost Codes) and when I send out a Hard Copy PO, sometimes it will take 20-30 minutes to download (but that is just me being nitpicky).
