  • Pros

  • Fracttal is robust software that can provide excellent asset management for maintenance companies. I believe it is an innovation in maintenance management.
  • Fracttal is very instinctive and simple to use, all its functions are easy and quick to learn, apart from the ease of being able to use it from your smartphone is very useful.
  • Cons

  • That information is stored on their cloud. It is more vulnerable than having a local working software.
  • There are not many things to say. One particular example of how to calculate the estimated average value of a meter seems poor to me.
  • Pros

  • It is easy to start using the kickserv system, especially since they have such a phenomenal support staff.
  • The help desk is super responsive. The software is really quite intuitive, and the time to get it up and running with the help desk's help is only a few days.
  • Cons

  • Doing invoices, when you forget to select the purpose of the job (Labor, material, etc) you end up losing the information and then you have to go back to notes to put it back in.
  • Once a contact is in, I can't edit the contact information, which is a pain when we have multiple customers from the same overall client company.
