Pros/Cons
Pros
- The versatility and ease of navigation, is also quite friendly to navigation for my technicians who do not have a great academic preparation.
- Easy to use, intuitive, the support is very good, the platform itself has good development and interesting raodmap.
- Fracttal is robust software that can provide excellent asset management for maintenance companies. I believe it is an innovation in maintenance management.
Cons
- The part of the codes because when a code is repeated by mistake, it deletes all the information already added and I understand that it should be that only the repeated part is edited.
- The pause function is missing; and the reason for the pause.
- There are not many things to say. One particular example of how to calculate the estimated average value of a meter seems poor to me.
Pros
- We liked the intelligent order clubbing and it really helped us with scheduling the orders in the most optimal way to improve efficiency. We use it for transferring of stocks between hubs.
- Its a great software , service is amazing , extremely quick response from Locus Team.
- Very easy to use , user friendly , can be customized as per our requirement , very prompt and agile in solving queries , creative.
Cons
- So far I have not find any feature that I dislike.
- Some times it shows wrong in address for same society name.
- There are many configurations, sometime it hard to tech to the transporter admin.
