There was a lack of communication between sales and the technical department that created a misunderstanding about a functionality after I bought the software. Everything is fine now though.

Logging in sometimes is a pain. I don't know if it's our computer, but it doesn't happen a lot.

Setting up equipment is super easy and quick. Vendors are just as easy.

I have been pleased with the software and all my contact with support has been positive.

Default reports are lackluster and limited. Some modules can be tedious and finicky.

Very pleasant and helpful. For the money, I believe this is going to be great.

They are very helpful, responsive, courteous, and professional.

What I like best about this software is the affordability. I researched about 6 different software programs.

I believe once it has all the data input, it will work great. The customer service is outstanding.

User friendly, easy to navigate and have some versatility.

Good CMMS for small business and getting  up and running quickly.

There is not any cons for us as a business. The only downside would be not being able to custom tailor every little detail to your needs.

When I first generated reports I found the reports that shipped with FTMaintenance lackluster and limited. They were missing data fields that I needed to display for the sake of the company.

E. Entering the wrong equipment number during creation of a work order from the quicklist in DM will often limit the equipment available to select later.

The flexability, portability, pre-built reports as well as ability to query the system.

It can be a bit confusing to navigate at first.

Everything just gets assigned a number which is up to you how you want to start with that.

I love the products ability to customize to my needs. The support is great and Ernie s patience is great.

The software is extremely simple to use and very intuitive. The guys at FasTrak are very responsive and always know how to solve any issues I have.

FTMaintenance was a great option for me because of the cost and ability to keep the records short.

The visual aids of this product is most appealing to me. It also has a good support system application that is easy to use.

The customer service has been great at every step of our process. Any question we had, big or small, we always had the phone answered with a helpful response.

We also like the preventative maintenance scheduling, it helps ensure we are not missing crucial steps needed in the proper maintenance of our assets.

The system is designed for field based tech's and is a bit clunky for site based staff. Reporting is very limited.

Not able to report on SLA clock stopped duration or retrospectively update HelpDesk tickets. Different mobile version for engineers that is far less detailed and functions differently.

Lastly, where most of these softwares fail, in my opinion, is bulk export of everything.

System is slow,cumbersome and difficult to work with.

Added to notes on job can be a bit tricky. Viewing pictures on pc is terrible.

Deceptive costs...  and i wasted 20 hours entering data.

This is infuriating when you are trying to talk to a tenant and have entered a lot of info, only to find you have to start all over again.

I actually love that the customer can accept or deny my estimate sent to them by email. I also like that it turns your accepted estimates into jobs.

We are still at the implementation stage of using Loc8 but I can see the benefit this software will have for our company. Loc8 is  a great tool for equipment tracking and asset management.

To enter warranty details, you have to start at 1970. Unable to delete task, everyone makes mistakes! the window to add a new task and makes it hard to identify the correct task.

We are a small company but are growing quickly and are hoping to find a software that will help us expand and grow without breaking the bank.

The calendar wasn't functional. The time when we scheduled the jobs were off and messed us up on our appointments.

Sound public API, brilliant support and ability to build custom dedicated interface are the key points of  the success.

The response from LEM is always pretty fast. And they are really nice and very helpful.

Good for work order management and keeping track of outstanding jobs. It is easy to create a work order either as an administrator or a mobile user.

Extremely good service, easy to use and incredibly useful. I use this instead of eircode because it is much more useful and easy to use.

It can integrate with other accounting software. It is also very straightforward and easy to use.

I switched because my last FSM software increased the pricing and/or changed the pricing structure.

Excellent customer service, Very helpful with queries, Easy to setup, Easy to use, Good functionality.

This is a tedious task as I have to wait for the information to re-download. If this is done multiple times per hour I am losing time.

Huge cost & time savings, thank goodness CEO said yes.
