The ability to track tools and equipment, being able to have different time tables for reminders of due dates, and the wide range of information that can be associated with tools we use.

The problem we are seeing is that the software seems to be from the perspective of a large company that may have a small cal shop and mostly send thing out for calibration.

The freedom to customize needed information helps keep files current and easily accessible.

It helps monitor and maintain our internal calibrations and external calibrations. This is a huge help in our field.

The dashboard is a good tool for quick access. Linking vendor certs is useful.

Gagepack software is very useful covering all the latest information for our audit certifications. User access is very good.

User friendly and ease of use. I like the fact that all of the information is in the same general area, not having to go to so many different pages to key in your information.

Easy to use and  a lot of options to better fit your needs. Charts are very helpful.

Ease of use, search feature is a very good asset, my ME/QEs like all the charts that come up with GR&R. Filter are easily set-up to use.

It would be very difficult to use for a large business. It is difficult to input the gages into the system.

This software is going to allow us to keep better records of our calibrations and it will make the data significantly more accessible. It is extremely easy to use and has a great user interface.

We have over 5000 measuring tools at our facility. Before GAGEpack, we had a paper system that was a complete mess - no easy way to verify what was coming due or past due.

I programm asset maintenance with this app, it is easy to use and understand.

User friendly, easy to understand the systems, and excellent tech support.

This makes it fairly hard to track  and troubleshoot (in case there was a mistake and multiple PM for the same task was made).

Works well as a basic tool or you can get into scanners and inventory management all with this software. Easy reporting Easy to create a PM schedule.

This software is super simple to use and navigate. Very easy to show older guys that aren't computer savy how to use this software and understand.

This was previously kept on a paper record. The switch has improved how promptly things  get calibrated helping to ensure a correct final product.

We have seen a dramatic decrease in total maintenance costs. Addressing problems before they become major problems has increased productivity.

It is not without issues such as special characters sometimes refusing to print or worse failing to print anything after they are encountered.
