The app is very easy to use and haven't had any complaints about it not working. Pinpoints the location almost spot on.

Further, they offer little more than GoCodes. So great value for money here and a system that is effective making it ideal for us.

I had a lot of music equipment that I needed to track from band to band. Being able to scan everything with my phone has been great.

Set up was a little frustrating because we had a different inventory system.

Being able to enter asset with great details which makes it easy to manage those assets.

This software is very easy to use and you're able to customize a lot of the fields. It works seamless from an iPad and the cost is affordable.

Once you learn how to use it, it's very easy. When I call Customer support they are always very helpful.

Stopped using them because we would have to pay the next level up in order to get more stickers/codes for more kegs. Not enough stickers/codes for the price if you have 700 kegs.

I appreciate the courteous customer service I received while researching and implementing this software. The rep was a huge help with answering my many questions.

And our drivers have struggled to try to use this because when they check and item in or out we ask them to add a customer name and address if it isn't already there.

As long as your assets are properly named and consistent, the filters on the website make it super simple to filter exactly what you want.

If you falsely advertise and promise the problem is fixed and its not you should actually let the company out of the contract.

I liked the ease of use and the functionality of the software. When I use it I feel confident to bring my clients what they need.

Website did crash on me once, but nothing that's uncommon. Wish there was a way that we could get more heavy duty QR codes.

No GPS tracking, no way to conveniently send calibration reminders for test equipment,  size of sticker is too big for some equipment.

What I liked the most about the software was the qr codes that we could place on our assets.

Excellent customer service was one of the main reasons we selected the product.

I found OmTrak so easy to use, when inputting information of the project I was working the help was always there.

These are often incomplete and it is frustrating to get responses from contractors when portions of manuals are rejected.

Overall experience is ok. Could have been much better if we had proper training on how to use the system before we were 6months into the job.

We utilise Omtrak for the ease of completion of our end user manuals. It makes the completion and approval seamless.

You had to have an account to take the defect photos rather than multi engineers then uploading to a single account after the site inspection.

OmTrak has given us the opportunity to streamline the O&M Manual delivery and has saved a lot of  follow up queries from building owners after project handover.

No all end users believe the software is Defence complaint.

I liked the old asset base used at LCCH. Much easier to find and edit assets.

Project content is adequate and accessibility is good. Ability for building owners to store and access building and maintenance issues is of high value.

OmTrak has limited search function that's inconvenient to use.

Forward planning of budgets  assisting asset prevention  to ensuring facilities are able to meet research requirements.

We could open Omtrack and get an almost immediate response. I was very pleased with the simplicity.

We had over 45000 defects and probably 100k accompanying photos which slowed the system towards the end of the job.

There customer support is very good, straight onto any emails raised.

This software is very easy to use and the support was great.

Ease of use, very fast customer service (we're constantly reacting to subbies needs in the field and Omtrak are all over this). Flexibility of exporting and ease of information received.

Allows for all assets to be tracked. Useful for large projects with 1000's of maintainable assets.

The only times the documents are included is when Omtrak burn the hard disks at the very end. Understanding the error reports within Omtrak can be confusing.

Software is also a bit slow when jumping between sections. The USB provided on handover is hard to navigate as the folders are not labeled with a description.

Easy to use, good user interface that is intuitive.
