  • Pros

  • This is good software to keep our technicians honest with the company and honest with themselves to ensure that they are in compliance and safe.
  • Customer service has been great, and more importantly, they are continually improving their platform.
  • Having IAuditor has been a super successful product. I am now eliminating so much paper work.
  • Cons

  • Very frustrating at times but that could be down to my basic knowledge of computers etc.
  • Sometimes the content can be nagging to the technician and they are forced to answer the same way every time and sometimes the content can be used against the technician to their demise.
  • Limited number of devices allowed per premium account with no option to increase the number of devices on their own.

  • Clients are thrilled that during a meeting I can pull up Simpro and provide answers to all their questions. I recommend SimPro to anyone who is looking for a user friendly CRM that works.
  • Dispatching, Purchase order, Estimating and billing portion of the software top notch flow great to together awesome.
  • We had an awesome chat and he supported me time and time again. We did face difficulties in some parts of the implementation, but rep did an awesome job of feidling my questions and providing answers.
  • Cons

  • Simpro lied and misled me at the very start to get my business now wont refund me what i have paid now i have cancelled. Now in the hands of my solicitor.
  • And slightly blurred pricing on number of licenses will be charged at what point.
  • The forms are utterly inflexible and customer support is absolutely terrible.
