My company’s daily working tool

Helps me and my team to be organized and never lose information in the middle of a chaotic day of work. My time is spent resolving problems instead of being on the phone all day. Gives me all the indicators and info with 3/4 clicks. Fast to send information to clients in case we need to.

PROS

Everything is online 24/7, simple to use and registers everything we do working every single day. Saves time on the administrator side of operation and making it simple for the user side also.

CONS

Need a admin and user version to run on iOS.

Infraspeak

Working with Infraspeak has been very beneficial for us. The internal organization of our maintenance has improved a lot. Software constantly improving.

Best Maintenance Management System Ever

Mainly the main issues we have solved are: no information is being lost, we are solving the chronicle issues in a much faster way. We have a much higher control over the personal efficiency, etc...

PROS

1. Ease of use (Very user friendly) for every reporter, technicians and administrator; 2. Data presentation in most of the fields; 3. Being open for customise the tool to feet all of our requests; 4. Organisation level of every action. No information is lost; 5. Easy of access from every PC, Labtop, Tablet or Smart phone

CONS

1. The ´Infraspeak Direct´ for IOS. It is currently far away from the android version; 2. Cost; 3. Configuration of the preventive actions (very complex.)

6 Months Experience Review

In general terms, the experience in using the software has been very pleasant, having provided the sector with a capacity for managing and organizing tasks and collecting data that we did not have until then.

PROS

Based on my experience so far, I see the software's strengths as its ease of use, the possibilities it provides for controlling maintenance tasks and fault management, access through the mobile application and the ease of reporting faults.

CONS

So far I haven't seen many disadvantages in using the software but I occasionally see the lack of possibility of performing a filter search in some of the submenus, the creation of a standard layout for monthly reports and the alert for malfunctions that are paused in the resolution for a long time (to be able to set this limit).

Openline Facility Managment

The InfraSpeak is the engine of all organization. Planning, reporting , billing. We concentrate the processes around the Infraspeak.

PROS

Is user friendly, very simple to use, the maintenance technicians say it os very user friendly and a very good tool for daily corrective and preventive maintenance.

CONS

Maybe the Mobile version for the managment should be more developed.

My story about Infraspeak.

Reduction of technical and administrative work time, namely: 1. Integration in Infraspeak of some issues of our Integrated Management System in Quality, Environment, Safety and Maintenance; 2. Utility meter readings; 3. Records of works and information; 4. Audits module.

PROS

1. NFC technology; 2. User friendly; 3. Open and flexible software; 4. Organization of information; 5. Artificial intelligence; 6. The support/help team.

CONS

1. In the "Building Consumption" module, no enthalpy meters (thermal energy); 2. Export of Equipment Sheets (blank model) for surveys on paper; 3. Export of Equipment Sheets by Customer or Installation; 4. Export of Models for Supplier Evaluation; 5. When exporting an image / graphic (for example, total number of preventive works per state), the title does not come with the image / graphic.

The program has streamlined and reduced the Contract Manager's work by 60% less than what we were using in the previous program. The program is very intuitive and easy to operate.

A revolução digital dentro do FM

O Infraspeak ajudou não só as nossas equipas técnicas a acompanharem e organizarem melhor o seu trabalho como temos também uma melhor visão e supervisão por parte dos gestores em todos os contratos e serviços. Os nossos clientes também passaram a ter uma visão mais completa e que não tinham anteriormente. Atualmente não me vejo a trabalhar de outra forma sem ser com o Infraspeak. É possível realizarmos um rastreio único desde que o serviço é solicitado, passando por todos os envolvidos e terminando com a faturação do mesmo.

PROS

O Infraspeak veio criar a revolução digital que a area de FM estava a precisar. Além de ser bastante intuitivo e acessível, tem as ferramentas necessárias para qualquer gestor, tecnico ou cliente acompanhar serviços, planos ou até o estado do edifício.

CONS

Não encontro pontos negativos. Apenas sugestões de melhorias nas zonas de vendas/compras e seria excelente termos relatórios mais personalizáveis.

Versatilidade Funcional muito Configurável

O facto de, como era o objectivo, acabar com a utilização do papel e ter a informação toda centralizada na mesma aplicação, disponível em tempo real e completamente acessível em qualquer local, fizeram desta aplicação uma ferramenta essencial ao funcionamento da empresa.

A adaptabilidade do Infraspeak permite tornar este software num Aplicativo feito á medida para cada necessidade

CONS

Esta Aplicação não correr no IOS deve ser, neste momento o maior constrangimento relativamente á sua utilização. O profissionalismo questionável do Suporte não facilita o contacto quando necessário.

Eu, costumo dizer: Passam a vida a jogar INFRASPEAK! Dada a importância vital da assistência técnica para o nosso negócio, o INFRASPEAK tornou-se imprescindível na nossa gestão diária da manutenção. A nossa qualidade de serviço e valor acrescentado para o cliente melhorou exponencialmente. Os reflexos da precisão, eficiência e fluidez da comunicação, clara e concisa, estende-se até aos nossos fornecedores dos acessórios e até ao próprio fabricante dos equipamentos. A nossa equipa já não consegue trabalhar sem o INFRASPEAK! Obrigado!

Foi difícil no inicio mentalizar a equipa para a real utilidade e desmistificar a sensação de “controlo”…deviam investir um pouco na captação de “empatia” pelo produto, por parte dos técnicos. A problemática do offline! Creio que ainda não opera plenamente em offline (Pelo menos em Angola)!

Completo, prático e intuitivo

Após a implementação do Infraspeak, sentimos que conseguiamos ter um maior controlo no setor de atividade. Este foi um "sentimento" transversal a todos os utilizadores inclusivamente os nossos técnicos de manutenção. Excelente evolução em termos de portabilidade da app pois no nosso caso em particular os locais de atividade são bastante dispersos, ajudando-nos tomar decisões em tempo real e aproveitar deslocações para determinado local para realizar mais trabalhos. Em termos de acompanhamento da implementação e melhorias necessárias sentimo-nos sempre bastante apoiados pelo nosso Customer Success Manager que esteve sempre pronto para nos ajudar e a sugerir formas mais simples de antigirmos os nossos objetivos.

PROS

O facto de ser bastante "User friendly" possibilidade de integrar relatorios/fotos às ordens de trabalho. Permitir comunicar com os tecnicos através de mensagens nos próprios pedidos.

CONS

Falta o módulo de orçamentação e integração com software de faturação (particularidade da nossa àrea de negócio). Existencia de alerta ou que não permita abrir pedido para o mesmo local escolhendo a mesma àrea de avaria (evitando duplicação de pedidos).

Passámos a ter numa só plataforma o controlo diário dos tickets.Permitiu melhorar estratégias e métodos de trabalho das equipas com os dados recolhidos e analisados.

Existem aspectos a melhorar na gestão das manutenções preventivas, nomeadamente, as diferentes equipas utilizarem um só agendamento com regras condicionais. ex.: Uma equipa só poder executar a sua tarefa após registo da equipa anterior. Melhoria no controlo de inventário.

Software com muitas funcionalidades e muito intuitivo

PROS

Depois de muita pesquisa, o Infraspeak foi o software que mais nos trouxe segurança para implantação na nossa empresa, estamos no ramo da Aviação e o Infraspeak nos atendeu de forma muito satisfatória. Vários aspectos me impressionam no software: sua interface é muito fácil de usar e muito intuituva, muito prático a usabilidade do sistema, muitos recursos e funcionalidades, excelente relação qualidade/preço, facilidade na implantação e um suporte técnico elogiável (importante frisar o suporte técnico da Infraspeak, excelência no atendimento).

Infraspeak allowed us to go from paper and excel to a simple, integrated and paperless Facility Mgmt

Simple and organized facility management allowed us to fix issues faster and execute our preventive maintenance plan with success.

PROS

The user interfaces (web, mobile and direct) are really easy to use . The NFC tags are really useful to access information and the app store they have inside the product allow us to choose which features we want to use, which we don't.

We used to use 3 different systems to run our maintenance department now it is pretty much all done on the Infraspeak system

PROS

Very easy to use, even my non IT tradesmen can use the system with ease!! I like the way you can modify reports and requests to get what you need.

CONS

Some small teething problems but all were solved quickly by the very helpful Infraspeak team
