The cost of the software is very nominal.

App needs improvement

Overall experience was okay. Liked a couple of features like tagging option for each.machine and user control.

It captures most of the requirements we need as a company

Cons

Ease of use is a challenge, software hangs often, not user friendly with semi skilled staff, connectivity issues, poor support from the company on new features.
