The Experience for the onboarding and implementation was perfectly processed, with an excellent support team that was always there during the onboarding and after the implementation process.

InnoMaint as a powerful CMMS, that has the capability to carry out the implementation for IOT.

CONS

The end user should be able to create its own reports.

innoMaint was the only application that has IOT capabilities

Kissflow is not a CMMS, and the nature of the business requires having an CMMS implemented.

Overall experience was okay. Liked a couple of features like tagging option for each.machine and user control.

Ease of use is a challenge, software hangs often, not user friendly with semi skilled staff, connectivity issues, poor support from the company on new features.
