In a newly remote working environment it has also allowed us to easily and effectively keep track of sometimes expensive equipment that is being used at remote locations and peoples homes. I have had to share log in accounts between my team which clouds the paper trail when looking at the history on items. i.e who made certain changes, assignments etc. Appreciate this is a me problem and would not be the case if we had paid log ins for each user. Cons: Initially there was no way to mute a very loud beeping sound from the scanner during scans which was becoming a distraction to other staff.
