Happy to use

It is well integrated with all Lena products (like Field) and other products like SAP, etc.

Pros

You must try it. One of the best user-friendly software i've ever used.

Cons

It is quite advanced software. Infrastructure allows space for improvement.

Best price/performance value with Field

Pros

Maint is a very good product on its own but i think combining it with Lena Field makes it more and more powerful than most of their competitors.

Cons

Inventory management is not like a professio nl EAM tool. It can be developed more (but that doesn't mean you can not use it btw).

about my lena maint experience

I just believe that the software that I'm involved in the approval processes still needs to be developed. The software will only become more useful when it is preferred by other companies in the sector.

Pros

I think it is an important product in terms of realizing accurate and simultaneous information flow between the field and the head office. . It is also an important feature that it creates a business-related archive.

Cons

It feels like you're drawing a table into a Word file. Very slow and impractical. At the same time, demanding an extra fee for each revision, even if it is very small, restricts users in terms of software development.

In addition to that, it is customized for your company, which means a custom development process is needed for your change requests. Our agreement is including a concerning fee based on additional development efforts for the custom revisions, only to your company.
