# Limble User Reviews

## Reviews summary

- Overall rating: 4.8/5
- Total reviews: 757

### Secondary ratings

- Ease of use: 4.8/5
- Customer support: 4.9/5
- Value for money: 4.7/5
- Functionality: 4.6/5

### Rating distribution

- 5 stars: 623 reviews (82%)
- 4 stars: 125 reviews (17%)
- 3 stars: 6 reviews (1%)
- 2 stars: 1 reviews (0%)
- 1 star: 2 reviews (0%)

### Most mentioned pros

- One of the biggest advantages is the ease of adding assets and parts into the system, along with the intuitive day-to-day functionality that makes it easy to train employees and gain user adoption across the organization.
- Limble also supports many bulk import, export, and update features that help set up or add new assets, parts, or PM tasks.
- Its mobile app with QR code scanning enables technicians to access equipment history and generate work orders on-site, saving time and increasing accuracy.

### Most mentioned cons

- To fully utilize the data linking features with PMs, you need to set up assets and their relationships in a very specific manner. If this setup isn’t done properly, you might run into issues where any changes to PMs force you to manually re-establish all the data links, especially when a PM is intended to be associated with multiple assets.
- The issue comes with the reception of parts and needing to in turn complete those tasks after the fact of the count returning to above the threshold within the system's own reception feature. If left uncompleted by mistake, then Limble will fail to generate a new task for the next time an item dips below the minimum threshold and can cause miscount issues.
- The reporting tools include many templates, but when you want to get into custom dashboards it gets a bit confusing.

It has been a great experience from start to finish and the after sales support you get is phenomenal. For instance, the people manning the live support chat always answer extremely fast and are super knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to something, they actually research it and get you a real answer instead of feeding you a word salad.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Writing and managing work orders in Limble is as simple as using something like Instagram. It's incredibly easy to setup, manage, and train people to use.

#### Cons

The metrics you can pull from Limble are great but I do wish that you could have a little bit more granularity when making reports or generating charts.

#### Reasons for choosing Limble

Limble was the most flexible, had the most customization options, and was the easiest to use.

#### Reasons for switching to Limble

SAP was too hard to complete simple tasks like creating work orders and was difficult to train people to use.

Great response time with the online help. It’s easy for most techs to use, and it has enough options to handle almost everything we need. Honestly, I can’t think of much that it can’t do.

#### Cons

The system has crashed a lot for me personally, even after my IT team has sworn they’ve done everything they can on their end.

#### Reasons for switching to Limble

Price and abilities did not align to make upkeep worth its cost

### Please fix our efficiency, if i am stuck with this so called CMMS.

- Overall rating: 1/5
- Reviewer: Anthony F.

- Product usage: Used daily for less than 2 years
- Reviewed: March 2025

I was involved with the meetings set up to help choose a CMMs system, as i was one of 3 people with any real experience with another CMMS system. We had it narrowed down to 3 systems, why they chose this one over the other 3 is way beyond my comprehension. A very big blunder is when a maintenance worker closes a work order, it shouldn't actually close it. Instead, it should go to a pool for someone to review and then do the final closing. To the maintenance worker it appears closed, but it is not until the person(s) in charge of reviewing them signs off. The inventory side of things is another problem all on its own. Also, we should be able to have more than one window open at a time.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 1/5
- Value for money: 1/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 2/5

#### Pros

To be honest not much. Our management doesn't allow us to utilize it properly. They are making the system more cumbersome. Our internal processes are limiting its intended functionality. Specifically, the end users (Maintenance workers) are not allowed to create work orders directly. Instead, they must submit requests through a separate process, causing delays and reducing the systems overall efficiency.

#### Cons

I have used Infor EAM (HxGNn) before Limble. This CMMS system seems like one that was created in a basement and introduced with limited talent to back it up. This system is poorly set up. It might work for a startup company that doesn't know what it needs or understand how these systems should function.

#### Reasons for switching to Limble

We thought we were getting a better system. Instead, i would rather deal with the paper system we had.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

The program on IPAD and PC have very intuitive functions. Presentation and customization of Real time data. The online and personal account support.

Lack of interface with Adobe or fillable forms. I think this has been addressed. We have some state permit forms we tried to cover with Limble WOs. This did not work out and we have not attempted to see if the updates have addressed this.

I have been very happy with Limble thus far. We are very early in our journey to transition from our current CMMS but are very excited to be fully transistioned!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

#### Pros

Ease of Use by end user from customers placing a work request to technicians as full users, the Mobile App with mapping/picture capabilities, Ease of Setup as System Admin, Limble Customer Service, Limble Training options, Customer Success Mgr program

#### Cons

There are some minor things I would change, like the task instructions and how due dates are set up in tasks. Also, I think there should be more options for dashboard widgets on Assets so you can have a list of assets on a dashboard vs having to go to the Assets module.

#### Reasons for choosing Limble

Limble's ease of use and mapping capabilities. Also, the customer service played a big role.

#### Reasons for switching to Limble

We wanted a more robust, easy to use system that offered more flexibility than the product we were using.

#### Ratings breakdown

I have not come across a negative or shortcoming with the program. In all instances, the upload of information and characterizing assets in the correct order has been a great experience.

#### Reasons for choosing Limble

Limble's ease of use and panned customer support was an overwhelming factor in the decision.

#### Reasons for switching to Limble

Company's lack of customer service and support.

Overall, integrating Limble into our company's sites has been really user friendly and a smooth process. Working with Ciro from foundation building all the way to our weekly topic meetings once we were at a steady state was instrumental to ensure we successfully implemented this CMMS.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

I love how intuitive Limble is to operate. From the button placement, to the aesthetics and functionality of creating jobs, assets, and PM's, Limble is a very simple and powerful tool.

#### Cons

I would like to see more options for the reporting section. There were a few things I noticed while implementing this at my site. With that being said, this is more of a site specific thing versus and overall functionality issue.

#### Reasons for switching to Limble

Our company wanted to standardize our CMMS across the enterprise.

Overall, my experience with Limble has been really positive. I wasn’t expecting to receive this much attention and support, so I really appreciate the effort the Limble team puts in to help their customers succeed. Everyone has been great, especially [sensitive content hidden], who guided me through the onboarding process and made sure everything went smoothly. There’s also a ton of useful material available, from online training courses to videos, which makes learning the system much easier.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5

- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I like most about Limble is how easy it is to use. It comes already set up in a way that makes it really simple to customize, so you can adapt it to your needs without waiting on special changes or long implementation times.

#### Cons

The pricing can be a bit high for small to mid-sized companies. As you add more licenses, it gets expensive pretty quickly. It would be great if they offered better pricing for added number of users, or even a more affordable 'view-only' license for team members who just need access to dashboards and reports.

#### Reasons for choosing Limble

Less implementation time and cost. More user-friendly.
