  • Pros

  • The best part is to be able to have a dedicated Customer Success Manager that is knowledgeable and attenuative to all needs and questions.
  • Limble has greatly improved our maintenance operations, and the outstanding customer service has made the experience even more rewarding.
  • Overall has been great, the mobility and task sharing is helpful. Customer service and quickness of resolving issues has been great.
  • Cons

  • The drag and drop functions can be a bit hard to adapt to.
  • I still struggle with setting up the maintenance intervals with regards to hour metre readings. I have not seen an entry for periodic hour metre registering to keep track of the next schedule.
  • Slightly limited from a calaboration software allowing you to take aspects of your current system and intergrate it into it.

  • Integration into other business systems seamless. Support excellent not only software issue related but good training support.
  • Marvelous- this is because, working with MEX make my work very easy and finish up is great.
  • This makes learning the product easy, and training is accomplished with minimum fuss. The application is solid, the releases (Builds) are reliable.
  • Cons

  • This in it self is rather cumbersome & time consuming, or else I am doing something wrong.
  • Minor logic linking between filled sections is missing.
  • Unable to remove unwanted tabs in 'Asset Details' (may be user fault on our end).
