Other than the ease of implementation and use, which by itself is already worth forking out the money to use this as a company's CMMS tool, their customer support is just next level.

Need offline access, shouldn't sign out on mobile so often.

I still struggle with setting up the maintenance intervals with regards to hour metre readings. I have not seen an entry for periodic hour metre registering to keep track of the next schedule.

There is no offline version, for it to work you have to be online - something i am sure they are working to do though.

The software is great and the customer support even better.

Slightly limited from a calaboration software allowing you to take aspects of your current system and intergrate it into it.

Limble has been a blessing to our company as we never had a maintenance CMM before.

Limble offers per-user licensing but also has a per-asset model that worked well for us. The web interface works well and it is easy to make, access, complete, and comment on work orders and PM tasks.

The best part about LimbleCMMS is their support team. I know I can call them and have a timely response with a fix to a bug or help with a new feature.

It has a simple design but lots of functionality. Particularly I like the ease of use and how quickly you can find things with the excellent search function.

Easy to add in assets, across multiple sites, with all the data columns you need - you build this as you need, the same deal with spare parts.

Limble has an excellent interface that is easy to use along with robust features for managing and scheduling maintenance.

The drag and drop functions can be a bit hard to adapt to.

Helps a lot with our maintenance team ans we easily integrated our a step by step procedures in the PM's.

It is user friendly and allows remote access to our daily tasks. It provides a path to check our previous work tasks with ease which in turn reduces down time on the machines.

KPIs are comprehensive and easy to understand. I also easily trained my team to integrate the system into their workflows without bogging them down.

Customer service is always great. I can store information about all of my assets nicely and neatly.

No onsite hosted install option could be a con for some.

It’s so easy to manage all of the different assets.

This program is very powerful, yet so user friendly that everyone in our organization is using it after 30 minutes of training.

What I like the most about this product is how quickly I was able to implement it in our facility.

Asset inventory is customizable - We can add asset pictures, data plate information, manuals, and etc. The possibilities are endless here.

They'll help you within a couple of minutes and problems are solved very very quickly. Definitely a tool i'd recommend to any operation.

Limble has been a great asset and has done an astronomical job keeping tasks, work orders, and just day-to-day operations pleasant.

It is and app / software that help us keep track of where tools are at.

The app is easy to use, we like the ability to use mobile on phone or via computer in the office.

This is a program that was not thought through fully, and if you speak to the right people within Hilti, they will even admit that it was not ready to be released when it was.

The AI S scanner we bought with the system, is not very user friendly. The battery dies, to fast and sometime does not work at all.

The ability to know exactly what we have and where it is, is very beneficial. Also the responsibility of each person being allocated an item helps with the long term productivity.

Easy to navigate and add assets and transfers for employees etc. It takes all of the guess work out of what we have and where it is at.

The fact that it can be using on a computer, tablet, iPhone or android is excellent. The ability to track the service records for equipment is very helpful.

Also, tracking tools make workers more honest about where the company issued tools are at.

Cannot add columns in transfers once go to transfer items, no description there, only alternate code so gets confusing what and how many when multiple items in list.

I like that I can hold people responsible for tools and equipment , how much each person has on site vs how much I have in stock.

Asset management is wonderful , we have not fully implemented for inventory.

A little trouble initially to get all phones working properly.

Ability to track our tools and equipment with much more ease. Ability to upload and track costs, repairs and expenses.

I have the ability to print labels for what is needed.

System is easy to use and customer service is always helpful when there are questions.

I have a good inventory that can be changed by individual users. Also, the idea that a tool must be sent and received in order to move it between employees adds to the reliability of the data.

For it to function well, everyone has to use it that is on the system. The software works best when all the information is put into they system.
