About Linklogiq

Linklogiq is a field service software that helps businesses track assets, integrate directly with QuickBooks, track drivers' GPS positions, and manage dispatching operations. Administrators can assign and unassign tickets to drivers, view drivers’ locations, and track ticket status as well as the daily workload in real-time. Additionally, the platform allows drivers to view and manage daily workloads, streamline communication, and view route navigation.

Linklogiq for the win!

Linklogiq has helped streamline our day to day operations. It's allowed us more time to focus on other areas because of the ease of use and the information it collects on each ticket. Personally, it's allowed me to look at data in a picture and then use that information to decrease expenses such as at landfills.

Pros:
The integration with Quickbooks desktop is huge for us. The fact I can use it on my Iphone or my desktop is also critical because I don't have to carry my laptop around to keep business going as usual. It's provided our office more flexibility. The reports section has saved me time each month when pulling my franchise reports or when it comes to renegotiating our rates with landfills. The filter abilities and data availability is endless.
Cons:
The reports section wasn't as functional when we first began using Linklogiq but now they have made updates and added more information to export.

Reasons for choosing Linklogiq

It integrates with Quickbooks Desktop and the asset tracking is more required than in other systems.

Ease of billing, keeping track of assets and tickets via pictures. Reconciling landfill invoices able to locate driver and tickets online without having paper tickets in hand and prove where driver was actually at the time landfill ticket was created. Has helped saved company cost of landfill tickets that were billed incorrectly to our company.
Cons:
Start up can be a little difficult but team is always available to help with questions, issues or needs.

Pros:
Linklogiq makes my job easier. It helps me keep all our Assets straight and know where they are.
Cons:
The only con is the CC there needs to be away to charge for CC without coming out of out bottom line
