The system is designed for field based tech's and is a bit clunky for site based staff. Reporting is very limited.

Not able to report on SLA clock stopped duration or retrospectively update HelpDesk tickets. Different mobile version for engineers that is far less detailed and functions differently.

Lastly, where most of these softwares fail, in my opinion, is bulk export of everything.

System is slow,cumbersome and difficult to work with.

Added to notes on job can be a bit tricky. Viewing pictures on pc is terrible.

Deceptive costs...  and i wasted 20 hours entering data.

This is infuriating when you are trying to talk to a tenant and have entered a lot of info, only to find you have to start all over again.

I actually love that the customer can accept or deny my estimate sent to them by email. I also like that it turns your accepted estimates into jobs.

We are still at the implementation stage of using Loc8 but I can see the benefit this software will have for our company. Loc8 is  a great tool for equipment tracking and asset management.

To enter warranty details, you have to start at 1970. Unable to delete task, everyone makes mistakes! the window to add a new task and makes it hard to identify the correct task.

We are a small company but are growing quickly and are hoping to find a software that will help us expand and grow without breaking the bank.

The calendar wasn't functional. The time when we scheduled the jobs were off and messed us up on our appointments.

Sound public API, brilliant support and ability to build custom dedicated interface are the key points of  the success.

The response from LEM is always pretty fast. And they are really nice and very helpful.

Good for work order management and keeping track of outstanding jobs. It is easy to create a work order either as an administrator or a mobile user.

Extremely good service, easy to use and incredibly useful. I use this instead of eircode because it is much more useful and easy to use.

It can integrate with other accounting software. It is also very straightforward and easy to use.

I switched because my last FSM software increased the pricing and/or changed the pricing structure.

Excellent customer service, Very helpful with queries, Easy to setup, Easy to use, Good functionality.

This is a tedious task as I have to wait for the information to re-download. If this is done multiple times per hour I am losing time.

Great program but similar to what we are using so sticking with what we have.

Overall it has been positive. At this point, it is being used to build customer history for each visit.

The data that you get out of it is fantastic. I also love the integration to Quickbooks which makes it even easier to manage the business.

This is the best app I have tested for my business a big hard to understand at first but it is great to utilize if you have a great booming business.

Easy to use, can track customer information, jobs, repeating jobs, and estimates.

I like the fact the service fusion integrates well with the mobile app allowing me to make changes on my phone as well and my computer.

The system itself has already met my expectations and then some. As I'm learning more about the capabilities of the program I'm even more excited to continue using it.

Integrates with other software like quickbooks and the new flat rate seamlessly.

So far so good, we love the price, the user friendly ability and setup, and all of the features with the ability to customize it as we please.

But what if that part happens to be on another techs truck. Too bad I have to use that exact one.

We're still learning more great features every day and experimenting. Love how they are constantly adding new features and easy explanations of how to use them.

We have really enjoyed service fusion so fair and are excited to continue the use.

It is hard to say what we like most about Service Fusion because all the parts work together to help our business function at it's best. Maybe the customer support.

Cost was really good for the quality of the solution.

First off the best customer support you can get. Its easy to use, SF is always looking for upgrades and making it more functional for their customers.

With Service Fusion I found a great mix of everything I needed. It is easy to use, and any issues I run into are quickly solved with their awesome customer service.

We had gone through two programs that were not providing us with the Quickbooks relationship we needed as well as the ease of use and service dispatching.

I can’t tell it to ignore that and place an order for another one for my truck. So I’ve now messed with another techs inventory and he doesn’t even know.

Please be aware that our experience with their customer support has been terrible. The program is buggy and Developers are slow to fix problems.
