  • Pros

  • Ease of use / strong customer support / many great features and functions. I also like the ability to manage and communicate with Maintenance personnel.
  • It has a lot of modules that are very helpful and the history of assets are such a plus. Scanning parts is easy and helps in our accounting procedures.
  • We are looking at her maintenance needs, this was one of the best applications that we found it was super helpful to use and we really enjoyed it.
  • Cons

  • The documentation module doesn't work as it should, a user should be able to cut and paste data into the program without losing the formatting of cut and paste.
  • We went from sheer terror to desperate frustration to absolute elation.
  • I dislike the inability to open more than one work order at a time.

  • It does everything that I need, it's perfect for our small company, yet can upgraded and customised to accommodate growth. And best of all, very reasonably priced.
  • The Report menu and the ability to create/edit reports to fit everyone's needs was very good. The menus were very functional, they were easy and quick to move through.
  • In fact, in working with them, they have released new versions that have included suggestions we made to them. It's a good product with great support, would recommend to others.
  • Cons

  • Reports can be confusing to navigate what you are looking for.
  • Our current software is very outdated, as it is almost impossible to access from off site. It is very costly to upgrade to the newer web based version.
  • You can not type in fields, you have to use the drop down key.
