Requesters are free and unlimited, so any employee can submit a request by scanning a QR code or filling out a web form, then follow its status through automatic updates. The Professional edition starts at $29 per user per month and Advanced at $79, both billed annually. Enterprise features are available as add-ons. What your team gets Maintenance coordinators review incoming requests, add people and parts, and convert them to work orders on one screen. Preventive maintenance schedules generate work orders automatically from time, calendar, or meter readings, with the option to review them before release. Technicians complete work from a phone, tablet, or laptop in the adaptive web app, logging hours, readings, and photos at the asset. An offline technician mobile app is available as an add-on for areas without a signal. Every closed job posts labor, parts, downtime, and failure codes to the asset's history, and managers see the results in dashboards and reports they can export to Excel, PDF, or CSV. Advanced and Enterprise editions add parts inventory with reorder points and multi-warehouse tracking, time and cost tracking, failure analysis, purchase requisitions and approvals, REST APIs, ERP and sensor integrations, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication. It has many features that we take advantage of. There are many ways to extract useful data for reports. I use this software on a daily basis and have had no issues.
