It is sometimes too slow for the impatient staff members.

We are unable to use the mobile app licenses provided so there are times when it is difficult to get on to the system due to licensing limitations.

Cost (when we purchased in 2018 compared to the other companies we looked at, seems like cost has increased substantially since then for new users).

There are still some things that happen with the software that we don't understand. That may be ignorance on our part.

Once you figure out the tracking system and the best way to do it, it is awesome.

Flexible, fairly easy to use, great customer support during implementation and customization and continuing after.

Pros, Easy tracking of asset repair cost and repair time. Ability to start doing predictive repairs and automatic PM work orders.

The software is able to organize and manage a great deal of information and helps keep staff on top of responsibilities.

It will generate work orders for you. The time and money this program will save you is unmatched.

Sometimes the software runs a little slow but I am not sure really if it is the software or an internet problem.

I will say that I have never thought the layout of the GUI was wonderful, but you can master it with a little effort.

Getting everything into the system has been a bit of a pain but the more work you put into it up front the more you get out of the long haul.

I have and will continue to recommend the MPulse software to anyone looking for a reliable, user friendly package.

We failed to fully implement those programs mostly due to lack of software support or training from the companies.

Pros: Technical support and training is excellent, ease of data input and system control, fantastic reports.

We like that it offers us the ability to manage out maintenance requests easily and effectively. Customers like that they get notified when the work request has been completed.

I programm asset maintenance with this app, it is easy to use and understand.

This makes it fairly hard to track  and troubleshoot (in case there was a mistake and multiple PM for the same task was made).

This software is super simple to use and navigate. Very easy to show older guys that aren't computer savy how to use this software and understand.

This was previously kept on a paper record. The switch has improved how promptly things  get calibrated helping to ensure a correct final product.

It is not without issues such as special characters sometimes refusing to print or worse failing to print anything after they are encountered.

SS-CMMS is a cloud-based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) designed for small and midsize maintenance operation businesses in any industry.


The platform offers asset management, inventory management, predictive and preventive maintenance and work order management features clubbed into one solution.


The work order management feature allows users to create unlimited work orders either via email or within the platform. Planned maintenance events can be created and set to recur at specific intervals with automated email notifications. Work orders and planned maintenance events are fully searchable.


SS-CMMS also allows users to enter and track an unlimited number of equipment and parts. An unlimited number of users can be added with different role permissions, and a scheduling feature with a calendar lets users schedule employees, service, meetings and upcoming maintenance.
