Organized and connectable: the Odoo has a good UX/UI, you can found your specific function faster and Sometimes from the same page Like make a task for my assistant while I'm on the sales page.

Overall it's the most suggestible not only just because of it's opensource but also, customer ease of access is very good with it.

Search is fast and flexible, alot of combination search function. Easy to use with the same UI style, UI is very clean not messy.

Also, they have friendly and very knowledgable support staff that are there to help you succeed without any high pressure tactics. They are in it with you for the long term.

The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.

The best thing about this software is the versatility of the apps and the grade of customization that we can achieve.

The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.

Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.

Sourcing rather than manufacturing analyse by customize odoo, in costing and RFQ is wonderful.

Second thing is when there is any error in py file sometimes it fails to give exact error.

Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).

The software is good, but if you need to customize they will make money over you.

The migration script of Odoo is not available before several months and return a lot of errors in the beginning when is available.

Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.

Some of the integration is difficult, more of an issue with Quickbooks. Some of the features are not shop friendly and the team is working to fix those problems.

Quantum MX is a cloud-based aircraft maintenance solution that helps A&P shops and pt 145 repair stations manage their business operations such as parts tracking, inventory management, timesheet tracking and more.


Quantum MX helps users to generate various documents such as weight and balance, invoices, release forms and 8130s. The solution stores users' data in a HTTPS protected data center that does nightly backups and features capabilities to export and save the data on local machines. It also provide a searchable history of work performed, parts installed and logbook entries that helps users to keep track of maintenance events.
