Pros/Cons
Pros
- The opportunity of using cloud platform is very welcome, you don´t need to care of internal IT. And it is necessary to highlight the simplicity and intuitiveness of OneSoft.
- As I mentioned in the title, this software allows us to tailor it according to our needs. It is very important for us and we are happy that we finally found a software like this.
- The opportunity of using cloud platform is very welcome, you don´t need to care of internal IT. And it is necessary to highlight the simplicity and intuitiveness of OneSoft.
Cons
- Speed, some screens are slugish and appear disjointed.
- Option to dump my data from app, just for my personal backup. Some companies have this rule in their security regulation.
- Other use is in personal or risk management. OneSoft contains a set of templates for several areas, it is also possible to create any empty datasheet.
Pros
- Customer service has been terrific and we are most pleased with our decision to purchase Upkeep.
- I love that it is so easy to use. It makes it very convenient to open the APP and enter in the issue and have someone in the appropriate department come take care of it.
- Upkeep is very easy to use and the maintenance technicians like the ability to use it on there phones. The ease of reporting work orders when they are thinking of them makes the app valuable.
Cons
- Upkeep should also have an alert text or email warning the administration that there there was no entry for the services by the repair crew that day.
- Not a lot of options to edit how reports print out. Also frustrating to have to upload photos and documents one by one rather than be able to drag multiple documents into a work order.
- A little confusing in its interface and with a little onboarding and a little time consuming and slow when learning.
