Great Investment
Productive Parks has been a great asset for our Parks Department. Since coming on line, it has become an invaluable tool for us. We are now more organized with daily assignments and staff/job accountability which allows us to be more productive! The system is extremely user friendly, inventive, and customer support is truly top-notch! I would absolutely recommend this product to any of my peers looking for a reliable task management system specific to Parks Maintenance.
Pros
Ease of use and daily staff accountability are what I like most about this software. Also a great development team that is interested in helping find solutions and hearing ideas.
Cons
I don't believe there is anything not to like about the software.
Reasons for Choosing Productive Parks
Productive Parks seemed to be exactly what we were looking for in a system. It is SPECIFICALLY geared toward park maintenance and the task system in conjunction with the inspections system is a great combination.

Choose Productive Parks
Excellent!
Pros
The single most important quality of the Productive Parks package is the service. Questions or requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Software updates occur on a regular basis. They welcome feedback and suggestions on ways to improve every aspect of the software. The system has made our District so much more efficient and our reporting so much more accurate. As an end user I highly recommend it!
Cons
We would like to see some enhancements to the reports (but also know that this will happen in the future).

We are working to be more productive and proactive on Items we do on a daily basis, We have a lot of land (parks) and facilities we maintain and are working towards getting things to a point of automation and tracking of assets for maintenance and/or repairs. the system has become better each day, with that being said it wont happen with out usage and buy in from all parties involved. In these days of instant communication we have to step back and know when to slow down a bit to see the big picture.
Pros
1. Ease of use, can be used with any device with an internet connection 2. Tailored to your needs /customizable for your needs 3. Conversations with the developers / not locked into a system that does not function they way you do. 4.Great customer service
Cons
1. Using the reporting feature (currently working on this with company) 2. Multi task management 3. Default to 10 items listed(would like adjustable) 4. Sometimes loads slower that normal, Most likely due to our backlog of task.
Reasons for Choosing Productive Parks
One of the deciding factors for me was, I work in a park district and need to do park district things, The company was developed with this in mind and continues to operate with this focus. Other factors included system price, user availability, ease of use and customizable options. I was convinced that this was a good system for The Dundee Township Park District.
