The capability of approval hierarchy that leads to email notification. Helps with tracking down who approved/reviewed what and when.
Flexibility and work flows make this product user friendly for the cost.
Cons
It was difficult to keep up with the updates when it was the responsibility of our IT team, with how busy they are within our company.
As an administrator, setting the system up can be tedious to downright difficult (especially the workflows).
Pros
Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.
It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).
Cons
What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.
The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.
