  • Incredible customer service. Cust support representative was really easy to work with and very responsive.
  • 1 The many creative features that no other software has (QMX must have been designed with a LOT of attention to detail). 2 The customer portals are amazing.
  • Cons

  • Takes awhile to learn all the function. Sometimes is hard to find some options.
  • I have had a few instances where i have dealt with the software freezing or locking me out.
