  • Pros

  • Great customer service and support when needed.
  • The ability to add photos of the issues and then photos of those issues resolved attached to each section.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes editing/adding back end items seem difficult. There is always a way, but it doesn't seem that intuitive sometimes.
  • We are still building our program and working with a team at Redlist to fix problems we see.

  • Works well as a basic tool or you can get into scanners and inventory management all with this software. Easy reporting Easy to create a PM schedule.
  • This software is super simple to use and navigate. Very easy to show older guys that aren't computer savy how to use this software and understand.
  • Cons

  • This makes it fairly hard to track and troubleshoot (in case there was a mistake and multiple PM for the same task was made).
  • THE NAME!!! It's a mouthful and hard to refer to in conversation.
