Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use and training of support staff. Integrated Knowledgebase.

  • Cons

  • You have to create reports to see closed calls as they are not simply on the menu.

  • Pros

  • It is easy to use and customer service is great.

  • I like it’s a all in one software and it has some great features

  • Cons

  • A little tricky to get around at the start, but once you understand the capabilities it is awesome.

  • I WOULD LIKE IT IF THE INTEGRATIONS WERE MOVING ALONG A BIT FASTER. ALSO, INVENTORY SEEMS TO BE DIFFICULT TO GRASP FOR US.
