Smartenance is an integral part of production
Smartenance reduces paperwork and searching for data in folders. Rather, all the information required can be filtered and output as a table in Excel.
PROS- easy to handle - You can start immediately with the creation of plants - traceability of individual tasks - automatic documentation for an audit - logbook function - Instructions, circuit diagrams, user manuals, etc. can be stored for the individual plants - work instructions can be attached as a video - weekly schedule / shift overview - paperless
CONS- forced to change the login password at certain intervals

All your tasks at your fingertips
Smartenance provides a very easy to use solution to track all your tasks concerning your machinery in operation. No matter if you are a maintenance worker or a supervisor, with the scheduled agenda you are always aware of upcoming maintenance and the current status. With the task lists you are able to execute maintenance with simple instructions, Pictures and hints whether the machine can stay in service during maintenance or not
CONSIntegration into our surrounding systems needs to be improved but they're already working on adding more and more systems

I would like to mention that Smartenance will soon be extended with an add-on called "Incident Management", which will enable you as a maintenance worker to not only carry out maintenance tasks, but also create them! In addition to what you said about integration with surrounding systems, I should say that the Smartenance team is in the final stages of releasing the API function that makes Smartenance data synchronizable with external ERP systems like SAP. to support and save the jobs of a machine-park (10 machines)
the Software is very open for all Jobs job-order from the Administrator and doing the Jobs in the field
CONS1: You cannot edit existing intervals, you have to delete the interval and create a new one. 2: Holidays are not recognized. 3: When a task has been completed, you can only see the status completed on the PC and not when (time, date) it was completed. 4: No notification, only when the app is opened you get info about a due maintenance App notification when a maintenance is due - should be audible and visible in the lock screen. It would be best if you could connect to the machine, then you could introduce an interval according to the operating hours as indicated, e.g. change gear oil after 5000 operating hours. In addition, you could make a notification at the machine or possibly at the corresponding PC, because otherwise a device that supports Android or IOS is needed at every machine.

Übersichtliche Hybridlösung für das Wartungsmanagement
Störungsmeldung direkt an der Maschine über das Smartphone. Ein schnell gemachtes Foto erleichtert das Auffinden des Fehlers ungemein. Freu konfigurierbare Aufgabenlisten ermöglichen und das nachführen des Maschinenstatus ohne weiteren Dokumentationsaufwand.
CONSApp-Funktionalitäten als Windows-Anwendung fehlen. Unsere Maschinen sind stets mit Industrie-PCs ausgestattet. Eine Integration von Smartenance an der Maschine würde den Aufwand noch wesentlich verringern.

Easy to use digital Maintenance Software
Great, nothing to add.
PROSWell designed surface. Great usability. Easy to understand - no installation manual required. Fast connection between mobile device and desktop application. Many useful features.
CONSLogbook functionality could be a bit better, but I heard that this will be pubished soon

CONSWir bräuchten noch eine erfassung von kosten und Kennzahlen wo man dasa dann auswerten kann für die QS wird auch wegen der Zertifizierung verlangt.
